Part artist, part craftsman. John Paul believes life is most beautiful when viewed through the barrel of a lens. As far back as he can remember he has been tinkering with lights and cameras. As a child growing up he was never particularly interested with what was 'on' TV but rather 'how' it was on TV.

His work has been screened in film festivals around the country as well as on TV. He is comfortable working in both film and HD.

John graduated from the University of Memphis film program with honors and was also awarded the esteemed Richard R. Ranta scholarship for technical excellence.

With a delicate eye for lighting and a passion for the craft, John Paul is always on the lookout for new and exciting challenges.
